Dear Families,
As BPS works to ensure a healthy, safe environment for a potential return to school this fall, all summer programming has moved to an online format. This means that Community Education camps will shift from in-person sessions to virtual offerings through June, July and August. As a family that had previously registered for the in-person camps, we will be processing your refund in the coming days and weeks. There is nothing you need to do to receive this refund.

We hope that you’ll consider registering for the virtual offerings, which are posted here on www.communityed.net. We will have a digital summer camp catalog on this community education homepage by June 5. We plan to continue to offer many of the camp classes you registered for, now in an online format. Camps like Kids Empowered, Challenge Island STEAM, Skyhawks, and Chess Wizards.

As the warm weather begins to stick around in Michigan, we wish your families good health. We hope to “see” you this summer as we kick off virtual programs designed to keep kids engaged, exploring their worlds and active wherever they are!

Sincerely,
Anne Cron
Director of Communications and Family Engagement

We are now offering virtual summer camps for youth! To check them out go to "Browse" on the upper left / go to "Summer Camps" / "Virtual Camps"
