Ready to blow off some steam after a long day of school?  Join us for a fast-paced afternoon of floor hockey games. Teams will play in a round robin tournament format of head to head depending on class size. Hockey sticks, balls/pucks, and safety glasses will be provided.  Let the games begin!

(2)Does your child have any special needs i.e. physical, emotional, medical? If yes, please indicate. (3) Where will your child be going upon dismissal from the afterschool class? Kids Club, Walking Home, Picked Up, etc.
