Kids love slime! Kids Empowered uses slime to represent sticky situations and teaches ways to handle those sticky situations. Each workshop kids make slime and learn different skills and strategies. Join us for one or all three!
Slime & Emotions: This workshop will teach kids how to manage their big emotions and calm their brains and bodies, so they don’t go into Fight, Flight or Freeze.
Slime & Friendship: This workshop will teach kids the do’s and don’ts of friendship. What does it mean to be a true friend? What are the words and strategies to use when your friend says a mean comment or action.
Slime & Bullies: This workshop will teach kids how to shut down unfriendly situations and prevent a bullying situation. Kids will learn tone of voice, words, and the body language to use in unfriendly situations.
